Booking & Registration for Summer Gathering 20th-24th August
How to book
Please use the Booking Form below to book your tickets for the people in your party.
Each ticket includes a deposit of £50 (£30for Under 17s). Full refunds including deposit are offered only if you cancel within 7 days of booking. If you cancel after 7 days but before 4th August we will refund less the value of the deposit on each ticket returned. Refunds after 4th August are made only where extenuating circumstances apply.
You are strongly urged to read the FAQs and Booking Policy before you book.
Prices
Early Bird (by 14 Jul) Adults £170/ 120 conc. Under17s £60
General Adults £205/ 140 conc. Under17s £70
Late (after 3 Aug) Adults £240/ 160 conc. Under17s £85
Please don’t be put off if paying the full amount in one go is too much. Send a message via the contact form saying how many of each ticket you need and we will work something out.
IF UNDER 17s or BABIES/TODDLERS ARE SOLD OUT this is because we need to keep a balance between the number of Adults and children. Use the contact page to join a waiting list as more tickets may be released if enough adults book.
