The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Each ticket price includes a deposit to the value of £50 (£30 for Under 17s).

Confirmation

We will confirm your booking upon receipt of payment. Please check the details of confirmation immediately – we cannot accept any liability for incorrect booking details unless you notify us by email to info@buddhafieldeast.co.uk within 7 days. No booking is final until payment is received in full. We reserve the right not to accept a booking in which case any payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You can change your mind and receive a full refund up to 7 days from when you book. From 7 days after your booking until 5th August, if you cancel we will refund the value of each ticket less the deposit. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking, as others may be waiting for a place.

For bookings canceled by the booker after 5th August refunds will only be offered where special extenuating circumstances apply (like illness or close bereavement) at the discretion of the organisers.

Cancellation of the event

We endeavour to run all the events we advertise. However, in exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel an event at short notice. In this case we provide a full refund less a proportion for non-recoverable expenses incurred in organising the event. We can accept no liability for consequential losses as a result of the decision to cancel and event.
