Thank you for being one of the key twenty four Adults (+ their young people), who play a key role in enabling the Gathering to happen, through the work you do during the year, at the Set-up Camp and during the Gathering.
Please attend the Set-up Camp from as early as you can manage on Monday 24th August. Some of us will be in the field from Saturday 22nd to establish the kitchen tent. It would be lovely if you could join this but remember that the first catered meal will be Monday evening.
Our Team is bigger than the number of Team Tickets available. Please do not use this link to book places for your friends even if they are coming with you. Encourage them to use the Early Bird rate which is very reasonable. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY THE TEAM RATE TO BE ON THE TEAM. A booking form is provided below should you feel able to pay the normal rate as some of our regular Team do.
We are encouraging participants in the Gathering (26-30th August) to also attend the Set-Up Camp from 24th August. They will pay the full rate for the Gathering and will hopefully be working just as hard as we are (they get free food and camping during the Set Up Camp).
There are no weekend tickets – but a few team members from the past are welcome to drop in if they can’t make the whole event.
