DESCRIPTION:Thank you for being one of the key twenty four Adults (+ their young people)\, who play a key role in enabling the Gathering to happen\, through the work you do during the year and particularly\, at the Set-up Camp and during the Gathering. \nPlease attend the Set-up Camp from as early as you can manage on Monday 18th August. Some of us will be in the field from Saturday 16th to establish the kitchen tent. It would be lovely if you could join this but remember that the first catered meal will be Monday evening. Although we plan to leave the site on Sunday afternoon/evening\, please be prepared to stay until Monday if needed. \nPlease do not use this link to buy places for your friends even if they are coming with you. Encourage them to use the Early Bird rate which is very reasonable. \nTeam places are already fully subscribed so please don’t offer the Team rate to others. \nWe are encouraging participants in the Gathering (20-24th August) to also attend the Set-Up Camp from 18th August. They will pay the full rate for the Gathering and will hopefully be working just as hard as we are (they get free food and camping during the Set Up Camp). \nThere are no weekend tickets – but a few team members from the past are welcome to drop in if they can’t make the whole event. \nPlease refer to the Booking Policy which also applies to Team tickets. You may also find our FAQs helpful. \nIf you are part of the Team\, please sign-up as soon as you are able and definitely by 14th July.
